- In Netsuite hover over Customers.
- Hover over Transactions
- Hover over Opportunities
- Click new
- Click the “+” next to company.
- Enter company’s and/or customer’s information.
- Click Save Prospect.
- Go to Title field and put the customer's name and phone number.
- Enter your name under sales rep.
- Select your name from the drop list.
- Scroll down to Items
- Enter the SKUs
- Enter pricing
- Review the opportunity.
Is everything correct?
- Yes!
- Enter the probability to close the quote
- Hit Save to create the opportunity

- Go back and review the SKUs and pricing on the opportunity
