This document outlines the payment process for installers, detailing steps from installation completion to payment distribution. Notably, changes to payment amounts require documentation and approval, ensuring transparency and consistency in the payment process.
Sales Agent:
- Installation Bonus: $500 for each completed install after the company’s invoice is paid in full.
- This is paid the month following the full invoice payment.
Installer Payments
Initial Payment:
- The installation is completed when pictures of the completed work is provided and the customer signs the “Customer Acknowledgement” form.
- This form is sent via DocuSign to the customer once I am informed the installation is complete.
Total Payment:
- $2,500 per install up to 3-hrs away from the installer’s address
- $3,000 per install up to 6-hrs away from the installer’s address
- $3,500 per install for anything further from the installer’s address
** These amounts are subject to change but must be documented and approved Joe Schwartz if the amount is increased.
** This part of the process shall be enforced on all jobs completed after the form was approved on 03/31
