Email will come in from receiving once item is back
- Open the images in the email and copy the SKU or LPN
- Go to Amazon and click on the menu
- Hover over orders
- Then click on Manage Returns
- Click on View reports at the top
- Click View FBA returns
- Click FBA customer returns
- Paste SKU or LPN in the correct field
- Change Event Date to 365 days
- If searching by SKU and multiple orders come up
- Go back to email and look at the date on the paper work
- Select the order closer to that date
- Click Generate Report
- Once order comes up copy the Order ID number
- Paste it in Netsuite
- Select the Cash Sale
- Click on authorize return
- Go to memo and type n ‘Unfulfillable by Amazon’
- Scroll down to return label email and enter your email
- Then click Save
- Copy the RMA and paste it in your reply back to receiving
