Request order number & images from customer showing damaged or missing part/s (result to manual if needed)
Is the order number in the system?
Yes!
- Follow CLAIMS procedure for images
- Once images are received, create Case (follow case SOP if needed)
- Request SKU/part number from tech support if needed
- Create Warranty order
No!
- Redirect them to who they purchased the product from.
Is there a shipping fee on the warranty order?
Yes!
- Put under customer 1854
- Input shipping fee
No!
- Put under customer 5029
Save the order.
Copy order number and send to be approved.
