The document provides a flowchart for handling cancellation requests in CommerceHub.
This process also applies to other marketplaces using CommerceHub.
- Cancellation email comes in
- Go log in to CommerceHub
- Click on the appropriate account
- Click on the cancel request
- Copy and paste the order in NetSuite
- Did the order ship?
Yes!
- Provide tracking number and advise the order cannot be cancelled.
No!
- Close the order in NetSuite
- Go back to CommerceHub and click on the PO number
- Select Actions drop down and select cancel
- Enter cancel quantity
- Click submit
**If needed reply back to the original email to confirm cancel request was completed
